Hullo GYCA members and especially those in Uganda!
For a GYCA recently sent out a call for application for the post of NFP (National Focal Person)for Uganda.A number of names were sent in and GYCA followed the right proceedures and cretaria to select one from the many nice nominatations.
Noeline Gwebalibatya came out as the winner.

About Noeline:
Noeline is currently working as a volunteer with Uganda Youth Anti-AIDS
Association (UYAAS); one of the pioneer organizations in fighting
HIV/AIDS/STDS prevalence and improving the Sexual and Reproductive Health of
young people aged 10 - 24 in school and 18 - 30 out of school through
community and school based efforts. At UYAAS, she is involved in HIV/AIDS
awareness training in schools and in communities and in the production of
the Youth link Newsletter.

I had a chance of meeting with Noeline resently and she is very a very promising young lady.Let us all work together with her to take GYCA Uganda to a higher level.
